Service restart via unprotected cross-origin form

Cross-site request forgery in ParisNeo LoLLMs WebUI 9.6 allows attackers to restart the service through a crafted form. The restart_program function accepts a state-changing request from a crafted cross-origin form without CSRF protection. A user must load attacker-controlled content while the locally hosted WebUI is reachable, after which model or binding installation can be interrupted.
