Victim-browser script execution via reflected input
Published Oct 6, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Reflected XSS in David Garlitz Viala 1.3.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to run script in a victim's browser via a crafted request. Published sources do not identify the affected parameter, template, or rendering function, only that request input is reflected without adequate neutralization. Exploitation requires a victim to follow an attacker-controlled request, after which script executes in the Viala site's browser origin with that victim's access.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
