Author-level stored XSS via unescaped page content
Published Sep 17, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored XSS in POSIMYTH The Plus Addons for Elementor 5.6.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts into pages. The plugin insufficiently sanitizes stored page content and fails to escape it during rendering, so attacker-supplied web scripts persist. Author-level access is required, and the script runs when another user opens the injected page, enabling actions in that user's browser context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
