Local service interruption via unsupported AP channel widths

Improper channel configuration in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service through unsupported AP channel-width changes. The __nl80211_set_channel function passes S1G or narrow-width AP changes to rdev_set_ap_chanwidth without restricting both the current and requested widths to the normal 20/40/... MHz progression. Reachability requires local low-privilege access to configure a wireless interface in AP mode, and the published impact is loss of kernel availability.
