Kernel crash via MLD band NULL dereference

A NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel 6.9 through 6.10.4 allows local users to crash the kernel during a Wi-Fi transmit BA session. During an MLD connection, ieee80211_start_tx_ba_session reads a channel request through vif->bss_conf even though dynamically allocated link data does not populate that pointer, instead of checking the station's default-link capabilities. Reaching the path requires local low-privileged access and an MLO-capable Wi-Fi setup; the resulting NULL dereference causes an availability-only kernel crash.
