Local privilege escalation via unchecked dynptr offset

Out-of-bounds access in the Linux BPF verifier from 6.8 through 6.10.4 allows local users with CAP_BPF to read and write kernel memory. The global-function argument path fails to validate a modified CONST_PTR_TO_DYNPTR offset and strictly match its register type before BPF helpers use it. Loading and running a crafted BPF program can disclose or corrupt kernel memory, escalate privileges, or panic the host without user interaction.
