System crash via unchecked power-state pointers

NULL-pointer dereference in Linux kernel AMDGPU power management allows local users to crash the system during power-state changes. The smu7, smu8, and Vega10 apply_state_adjust_rules handlers use converted requested or current power-state pointers without validating that the conversions returned non-NULL. Reachability requires an AMD GPU using the affected PowerPlay handlers and a local action that initiates a power-state transition; public sources do not document a reliable trigger.
