Kernel crash via unchecked AMD display pointers

Null-pointer dereferences in affected Linux kernels allow local users to crash the system through AMD display operations. Three call sites in amdgpu_dm.c pass possibly null cached display state, display sink, and encoder pointers into functions without checking them first.
