Local kernel compromise via stale tuner callback

Use-after-free in the Linux xc2028 tuner driver allows local users to read or modify kernel data or crash the system. The load_firmware_cb worker dereferences a struct tuner after tuner_remove frees the enclosing dvb_frontend during failed module initialization. Reachability requires low-privileged local access and an xc2028/em28xx device path whose initialization fails while an asynchronous firmware request remains pending.
