System hang via unchecked compression callback

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel amdgpu display driver allows local users to hang systems through fullscreen GPU playback. The dcn20_get_dcc_compression_cap function unconditionally calls the hubbub get_dcc_compression_cap callback even when DCN401 leaves it unset. Triggering the fault requires local graphical access, a DCN401 discrete GPU, and VA-API hardware-decoded video transitioning to fullscreen; the result is a kernel fault and system hang.
