Kernel crash via TCP-AO static-key teardown race

Race condition in Linux 6.7 through 6.10.4 and 6.11-rc1 through 6.11-rc2 allows local users to crash the kernel through TCP-AO. TCP-AO socket teardown defers disabling tcp_ao_needed while tcp_ao_info expires after an RCU grace period, allowing static_key_fast_inc_not_disabled() to race with jump_label_update(). A low-privileged local user must exercise TCP-AO during the timing window; the invalid jump-label patch triggers a kernel BUG and service interruption.
