Local kernel crash via disconnected eDP stream

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 6.7 through 6.10.4 allows local users to crash the kernel during an AMD display-mode switch. resource_log_pipe_topology_update passes a disconnected eDP stream to resource_get_otg_master_for_stream and dereferences the resulting null OTG master. The path requires local access, an AMD GPU using Display Core, an eDP panel that has become disconnected, and a transition from Extend to Second Display Only.
