System crash via unchecked vpci_bus dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Linux PCI endpoint VNTB code allows local users to crash the kernel during virtual PCI bus setup. When pci_scan_bus() returns NULL, vpci_scan_bus() logs the failure but continues with the invalid vpci_bus pointer instead of returning and cleaning up. Low-privilege local access and use of the PCI endpoint VNTB function are required; the documented consequence is a kernel crash only.
