Local kernel crash via absent SEV device state

A null-pointer dereference in Linux kernel 6.9 allows local users to interrupt the host during CCP SEV driver removal. __sev_snp_shutdown_locked reads SEV state through uninitialized psp_device or sev_device structures instead of returning when either structure is absent. Triggering requires a kernel built with DEBUG_TEST_DRIVER_REMOVE and the CCP SEV device path; the resulting kernel oops interrupts the affected host.
