Kernel memory exhaustion via leaked perf events

Resource leakage in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to consume kernel memory through perf events during task exit. In event_sched_out(), a failed task_work_add() call is ignored after the event reference count is incremented, so free_event() cannot release the event. Reaching the race requires a pending SIGTRAP perf event to overlap task-work shutdown; repeated leaked references can exhaust memory and interrupt service.
