Local service interruption via perf-event release race

Resource leak in the Linux kernel perf subsystem allows local users to exhaust memory through perf-event release races. The free_event path releases a child event without synchronizing pending task work, leaving a reference that prevents the perf_event object from being freed. A local low-privileged user must trigger the race during exec or concurrent file release; repeated leaks can exhaust kernel memory and interrupt service.
