Kernel crash via undrained mlx5 health work

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel mlx5 driver allows local users to crash a system during device shutdown. The shutdown callback fails to drain queued health work before fast-unload teardown, allowing asynchronous recovery to race teardown and access a NULL pointer. Exploitation requires local access and an affected mlx5 device; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash and service interruption.
