Local kernel crash via unhandled FPU exception

Improper exception handling in Linux 6.9 through 6.10.3 allows local users to crash s390 systems via invalid FPU state. The s390 load_fpu_state() path executes the lfpc instruction on an invalid floating-point control value without the exception-table handler needed to absorb the resulting specification exception. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access on IBM s390 hardware and interrupts the host, with no reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
