Kernel panic via failed modify-header replacement

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel mlx5e driver allows local users to crash the system through a connection-tracking entry update. When replacement modify-header allocation fails, the update path retains an error pointer for later deallocation and loses the old context. Reachability requires local low-privileged access, mlx5e connection tracking, and exhaustion of the firmware's modify-header capacity; the reported consequence is a kernel panic.
