Local locator-state corruption via concurrent unlocked writes

Improper locking in the Qualcomm PDR interface in affected Linux kernels beginning with 5.7 allows local users to corrupt locator state. PDR updates the node and port fields of locator_addr without holding the main pdr->lock, permitting concurrent rewrites. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and a sufficiently fast service-locator restart; the published evidence establishes integrity loss only.
