Kernel crash via oversized GTK offload buffer

Buffer overrun in the Linux rtw89 Wi-Fi driver 6.10 through 6.10.2 allows local users to crash the kernel during resume from sleep. In rtw89_fw_h2c_wow_gtk_ofld(), the disable path extends the skb for the full H2C structure and then appends the GTK information again beyond its allocation. The path requires the rtw89 driver and GTK wake-on-WLAN offload, and reaching it causes skb_over_panic and a service interrupt.
