Local kernel crash via truncated trampoline pointer

Kernel denial of service in Linux allows local users to crash arm64 systems by invoking an affected BPF trampoline path. The arm64 BPF JIT's prepare_trampoline() uses a 48-bit vmalloc address emitter for a kzalloc-backed bpf_tramp_image, truncating wider pointers passed to __bpf_tramp_enter() and __bpf_tramp_exit(). Local low-privileged BPF access is required; the invalid pointer crashes the kernel, with no documented data disclosure or modification.
