System interruption via incorrect BPF jump overflow check

Incorrect calculation in the Linux kernel BPF verifier 6.9.8 through 6.10.2 allows local users to interrupt the system. The adjust_jmp_off() path in kernel/bpf/verifier.c checks insn->imm for ordinary jump instructions instead of the 16-bit insn->off field when relocating BPF code. A low-privileged local account that can submit BPF programs is required, and the documented consequence is limited to system availability.
