Local denial of service via false NAPI context

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel versions 5.0 and later allows local users to trigger a warning through virtio netpoll. virtnet_poll_tx() and virtnet_poll_cleantx() mark transmit cleanup as NAPI work even when a zero budget means netpoll is outside NAPI context, causing __free_old_xmit() to use the NAPI skb cache under the wrong locking context. A local low-privileged user and a virtio netpoll path are required; service interruption depends on the host's warning-handling configuration.
