Local kernel crash via missing Device Tree resource

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux Keystone PCI driver allows local users to crash affected kernels through a malformed Device Tree. The ks_pcie_setup_rc_app_regs() function dereferences the result of resource_list_first_type() without checking for NULL when IORESOURCE_MEM is absent. Local access and a Keystone PCI configuration with an erroneous Device Tree are required, and the resulting fault interrupts the host.
