Kernel warning via incorrect recovery-state check

Availability flaw in Linux kernel dm-raid allows local users to trigger a kernel warning during RAID resume after a table load. raid_resume tests MD_RECOVERY_RUNNING as a proxy for sync_thread registration, although md_check_recovery can set that bit without registering the thread. Reaching the warning requires a configured dm-raid device and a table-load resume operation; published evidence reports a warning, not data corruption.
