Reflected XSS in JetBrains TeamCity before 2024.07.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through the AWS Core plugin. JetBrains identifies only the AWS Core plugin and has not published the affected handler, input parameter, or missing output-encoding operation. A low-privileged account and user interaction are required; injected script can read or alter data available to the victim’s TeamCity session.
