Self-XSS in JetBrains TeamCity before 2024.07.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through the Vault plugin. JetBrains identifies the HashiCorp Vault plugin as the affected locus but has not disclosed which field or rendering path fails to neutralize input. Exploitation requires a logged-in user to supply the payload and interact with its rendered output; script execution remains in that user's browser context.
