Stored XSS on the Clouds page in JetBrains TeamCity before 2024.07.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. JetBrains identifies multiple persistent injection paths on the Clouds page but has not published the affected fields or missing output-encoding operation. An authenticated user must store the payload and another user must view the affected page; resulting script runs in that viewer's TeamCity origin.
