Local code execution via world-writable gem files

Incorrect default permissions in RequestStore 1.3.2 allow local users to execute arbitrary code by modifying world-writable gem files. The published gem assigns mode 0666 to its files, so any local account can replace library code that a Rack application later loads. Exploitation requires local filesystem access to the single affected release, and successful modification grants code execution in the consuming application's context.
