CSRF bypass in Hono before 4.5.8 allows remote attackers to submit cross-origin form requests with a crafted Content-Type header. The CSRF middleware's isRequestedByFormElementRe expression compares form MIME types case-sensitively even though MIME types are case-insensitive. A victim must interact with attacker-controlled content while authenticated to an affected application, allowing actions permitted by that session.
