Terminal output injection in GitoxideLabs gitoxide 0.41.0 and earlier allows attackers to misrepresent repository contents. gitoxide-core writes untrusted pathnames, author and committer names, commit messages, and other repository metadata to terminal output without neutralizing newlines, backspaces, or ANSI control sequences. Exploitation requires a user to run an affected gix or ein command against an untrusted repository in a terminal, enabling forged or concealed output and convincing false error messages.
