Cleartext transmission in Google Android 14 through 16 allows remote attackers to disclose Bluetooth data from an adjacent position. The Bluetooth stack mishandles failed BLE Security Manager Protocol events in multiple btm_ble_sec.cc functions and permits unencrypted communication. No privileges or user interaction are required, but the attacker must be within Bluetooth radio range; the bounded impact is disclosure of transmitted data.
