Local privilege escalation via locked clipboard UI

Privilege escalation in Android 13 and 14 allows local users to partially bypass the lock screen through the clipboard UI. ClipboardListener.onPrimaryClipChanged shows an interactive clipboard overlay without first rejecting input while the device is securely locked, exposing intents reachable from that UI. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access, but no user interaction or additional execution privileges, and reaches actions protected by the lock screen.
