Authenticated script execution via reflected URL content
Published Dec 10, 2024 · Updated Dec 11, 2024
Reflected XSS in Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.21 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in a victim's browser. Adobe has not disclosed the vulnerable page, parameter, or server-side operation that reflects untrusted URL content without safe output encoding. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and convincing a victim to open a crafted URL, after which the script runs in that victim's AEM origin.
