Stored script execution via unneutralized form field
Published Dec 10, 2024 · Updated Dec 11, 2024
Stored XSS in Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.21 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a victim's browser. AEM persists injected script in an unspecified vulnerable form field and serves it during a later page view without preventing browser execution. Low-privileged access is required to plant the payload, and a victim must visit the affected page, exposing data and actions available to that browser session.
