Authenticated policy disclosure via undisclosed authorization flaw
Published Jan 23, 2025 · Updated Jan 23, 2025
Information exposure in Elastic Kibana before 8.15.0 allows remote authenticated users to view Elastic Agent policies without Fleet access. Elastic has not published the affected endpoint or the authorization operation that incorrectly permits policy retrieval. A Kibana account without Fleet access is sufficient; exposed content depends on the enabled Elastic Agent integrations and their versions.
