Protection mechanism failure in Microsoft WDAC on affected Windows 10 and Server builds allows local administrators to bypass code policy. Microsoft has not published the flawed component, input, or operation within WDAC that permits the policy bypass. Exploitation requires local access and high privileges, and successful use defeats application-control restrictions.
