Improper access control in Microsoft Windows Update Stack allows local users with low privileges to gain SYSTEM privileges. Microsoft has not published the affected function or the incorrect access-control operation in the update stack. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and grants SYSTEM-level control, including the ability to read, alter, or interrupt operating-system resources.
