Stored XSS via unescaped RSS Displayer title

Stored XSS in Concrete CMS before 8.5.18 and 9.0.0 through 9.3.2 allows remote authenticated users to inject script through RSS titles. The RSS Displayer view writes its stored title directly into an h5 element without applying the h() HTML-escaping helper. Administrator access is required, and execution can disclose data available to the rendered page without altering data or interrupting service.
