Service interruption via JsonExtensionData algorithmic complexity

Algorithmic complexity in System.Text.Json 6.0.x and 8.0.x allows remote attackers to exhaust service resources through crafted JSON. Deserialization of unmatched JSON properties into a model's JsonExtensionData dictionary takes attacker-amplified work; Microsoft has not published the exact internal operation. Exposure requires an application to deserialize untrusted JSON into a model using JsonExtensionData, and successful exploitation interrupts that application.
