Improper null termination in Microsoft SQL Server 2017 and 2019 allows remote authenticated users to disclose sensitive information. Microsoft maps the flaw to improper null termination but has not disclosed the affected component or the operation that mishandles the terminator. Network access with low privileges is required; exploitation needs no user interaction and can expose information while causing limited data or service impact.
