Script execution via unsanitized backup metadata

Stored XSS in Moodle LMS allows remote attackers to execute script in a restorer's browser through a malicious course backup file. The backup_details renderer inserts release, site, course, section, and activity metadata into HTML without the escaping and formatting added by the fix. Exploitation requires a user with course-restore permission to process the attacker-supplied backup metadata, enabling script execution in that user's browser.
