Cache poisoning in affected Moodle LMS releases allows local users to alter cached data through insufficient local-storage validation. The local-storage path accepts inadequately validated data into the application cache; public references do not identify the responsible function or field. Exploitation requires local access and can compromise cache confidentiality and integrity without interrupting service.
