NTLM hash disclosure via unvalidated UNC paths

SSRF in Apache HTTP Server 2.4.0 through 2.4.63 on Windows allows remote attackers to disclose NTLM hashes via crafted requests. mod_rewrite and Apache expressions pass unvalidated request input into UNC paths, causing Windows to initiate SMB authentication to an attacker-controlled server. Exposure requires a configuration that incorporates request data into those path-producing directives; the demonstrated consequence is outbound NTLM hash disclosure.
