Improper input validation in Phoenix Contact mGuard firmware allows remote authenticated users to reconfigure the SNMP service. The administrative web interface incompletely sanitizes user-controlled SNMP configuration input before applying it to the service. A low-privileged account with configuration write permission is required; successful exploitation can alter SNMP behavior and affect device confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
