Remote code execution via typed JSON error deserialization

Deserialization in Apache Lucene.Net.Replicator 4.8.0-beta00005 through 4.8.0-beta00016 allows attackers to execute code via HTTP errors. HttpClientBase.ThrowKnownError uses Json.NET with TypeNameHandling.All to instantiate an exception type named in an untrusted HTTP error response. Exploitation requires interception of client-server traffic or control of the replication node URL, and successful payloads run code in the client process.
