CVE-2024-4330Public exploit

Directory-name disclosure via unchecked category path

Published May 30, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024

Relative path traversal in LoLLMs WebUI 9.6 allows local users to list arbitrary directory names through a crafted HTTP request. The list_personalities endpoint in endpoints/lollms_advanced.py uses the category parameter to select a filesystem path without neutralizing traversal sequences. No authentication or user interaction is required, but disclosure is limited to subfolder names and the service is intended for local use.
