Reflected XSS via unescaped bounce-page input

Reflected XSS in Tribulant Software Newsletters 4.9.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts through the subscriber bounce page. The subscribers bounce admin page returns request input to HTML without sufficient sanitization or output escaping. No account is required to craft the request, but execution requires a user to open the malicious link and load the affected page.
