Improper SameSite cookie handling in IBM Concert 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 allows remote attackers to obtain sensitive information. IBM states that Concert uses cookies without the SameSite attribute but has not disclosed the affected cookie name or the code path that issues it. The issue is remotely reachable without authentication, and IBM reports only limited information exposure rather than data modification or service interruption.
